Built together

One placement process, run by two teams

LIONS HRMS manages recruitment, interviews and employer matching, and contacts every candidate directly by phone at each stage. ACES simply hosts a public page where batch progress — visa counts, entries, and decisions — is also visible, for anyone who wants to follow along.

LIONS HRMS handles

Recruitment & direct contact

Candidate registration, qualification interviews, the matching algorithm, employer sign-off, and every update sent straight to you — no account or site visit needed.

ACES hosts (optional)

A public reference page

The Employee Export page shows visa counts and batch progress publicly. It's there if you want to follow along — it's never required to take part.

Step 1

Add your name to the database

No cost, no commitment — this only registers your interest for the construction-focused batch.

  • Two fields, nothing else. Full name and phone number is all we need right now.
  • You'll be contacted directly. No ACES account is needed — LIONS HRMS reaches out to you by phone at every stage. Figures are also posted publicly on the ACES reference page, for anyone who wants to follow along.
  • Selection isn't random. Candidates move forward through qualification interviews and an internal matching algorithm, with final sign-off from the employer.
Join the Database

By joining, you'll be added to the LIONS HRMS candidate list for the 2026-Q4 construction batch. We'll contact you directly if you're shortlisted for a qualification interview.

Already have an ACES account? That's fine, but not needed here — this signup and every update about it happen directly between you and LIONS HRMS.

Visa allocation not yet confirmed

The number of available visas for this batch is still being finalised — construction remains the priority sector, with healthcare and industry roles possible once numbers are confirmed. Every candidate is updated directly by LIONS HRMS as this develops; the figures are also posted publicly on the ACES page below, for anyone who wants to follow along.
