ACES works in four steps. If you only read one part of this guide, read this one.
Open an account
You need a Malawi phone number and you must be 18 or older. It takes about two minutes.
RegisterPut money in
Use Airtel Money or TNM Mpamba from MK 50, or a bank transfer from MK 10,000.
Add fundsBuy a ticket
Pick a raffle, choose how many tickets you want, and confirm. The money comes from your wallet.
See rafflesWin and cash out
Cash prizes go straight into your wallet. You can then withdraw to your mobile money or bank.
WithdrawCreate your account
You need a Malawi phone number and you must be 18 or older.
- 1
Open the sign-up page
Go to Register. You can also tap "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple" if you would rather not fill in a form.
- 2
Fill in your details
Your full name, your Malawi phone number, your date of birth, and a password of at least 8 characters. Adding your email is optional here, but you will need it later to withdraw.
- 3
Confirm you are 18 or older
ACES is only for adults. The form checks your date of birth and will not let you continue if you are under 18.
- 4
Accept the terms
Tick the box to agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- 5
You are in
We sign you in straight away and take you to the Add Funds page so you can start playing. Confirming your phone and email comes later, when you first withdraw.
Use the phone number or email you registered with, plus your password. You can also use Google or Apple if that is how you signed up.
Forgot your password?
We send you a code. Enter it, then choose a new password of at least 8 characters.
Reset my passwordAdd money to your wallet
You buy tickets with your ACES wallet balance, so this comes first. Everything is in Malawi Kwacha.

Buy a raffle ticket
A ticket is one chance in a raffle. The more tickets you hold, the better your chances.

Go to Games to see everything that is open right now. Each card shows the prize, the ticket price, how many tickets are left and how long you have.
- 2
Open the one you like
Tap the raffle to read the full details before you spend anything.
- 3
Pick your side (Blue vs Red only)
Some raffles are team games. If you see Blue and Red, choose the team you want to back first.
- 4
Choose how many tickets
More tickets means more chances. The screen shows the total cost as you change the number.
- 5
Check the summary and confirm
The cost is taken from your wallet balance. If you do not have enough, top up first.
- 6
Keep your ticket numbers
We show your ticket numbers straight away, send them to you by email, and save them under My Entries.
Send a ticket as a gift
You can buy tickets for someone else on ACES. They own the ticket, and if it wins, the prize is theirs.
To send one
Open a raffle and choose the gift option. Search for the person, pick how many tickets, and confirm. It is paid from your wallet, and we tell them straight away. You cannot gift a ticket to yourself.
To see what you were given
Gifts you receive show up under Gift Entries, and we email you the ticket numbers.
Open Gift EntriesCheck your tickets and your wins
Nothing to chase. We tell you when a draw happens and whether you won.
Take your money out
You can withdraw your balance to Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba or your bank account.

Three things must be done first
This is a one-time set-up and it is what keeps your money yours. You do not have to hunt for them: open the withdraw page and it shows you the one thing that is still missing, with a button to finish it right there.
Your phone number is confirmed
If you deposited from your own mobile money number, this is already done for you - nothing to do. Otherwise tap "Verify phone number" on the withdraw page and we send you a code by SMS.
Confirm my phoneYour email address is confirmed
Add your email on your profile if you skipped it at sign-up. Then, on the withdraw page, ask us to resend the link, open it in your inbox, and come back.
Add or check my emailYour identity is approved (KYC)
You need to reach at least Tier 1. This is a one-time check and it protects your money.
Start verificationMaking the withdrawal
- 1
Type the amount
The smallest withdrawal is MK 500. You cannot withdraw more than your available balance.
- 2
Choose where to send it
Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, or a bank transfer.
- 3
Confirm the destination
For mobile money we send the payment to the number you deposited from. For a bank transfer, give the bank name, the account name and the account number.
- 4
Check the summary and confirm
The amount is held from your balance as soon as you confirm, so you cannot spend it twice.
- 5
Wait for our team to release it
Our finance team checks every payout. We email you when we receive the request, when it is approved, and again when the money has been sent.
Get verified (KYC)
KYC just means showing us who you are. You do it once, and it is what lets you withdraw.
What to have ready
- A National ID (front and back), a Passport (photo page), or a Driver’s licence (front and back).
- A selfie of your face, so we can see the ID belongs to you.
- For Tier 3 only: proof of your address - a utility bill, a bank statement, or a government letter.
Photos can be JPG or PNG, or you can upload a PDF. Each file must be under 10MB. Make sure the whole document is in the picture and the writing is easy to read - that is the most common reason a check is sent back.
